Each individual volunteer must register on their own. This allows us to keep accurate track of hours per volunteer.
Court Ordered Community Service
While we do accept volunteers that need to fulfill court ordered community service hours, please note that your offense must NOT involve a violent crime, theft, firearm/weapons, drug or sexual offense charge. You also must be willing to provide all of the information regarding the court order and/or Probation/Diversion officer information for follow up by our organization on your first volunteer shift. We specifically need your documents to list your offense. Your first volunteer shift CANNOT be on a Saturday. Please let us know upon arrival that you are court ordered so we can enter your information into our system for tracking.
Volunteers have to be at least 10 years old with a chaperone who is 18 years or older in order to help out in our facility, 16 years old without a chaperone. We also now have a "Family Night" or a "Family Day" for families with children ages 5-9 years old.
Closed toe shoes are REQUIRED to help out in our facility. Please wear appropriate length shorts that are not too revealing. Also, no see through shirts please.
Individual: Simply sign up for an available shift on the calendar. After you click on the opportunity that has slots left- there is a SIGN UP button on the bottom that will take you through the registration process.
School/kid groups: We require there be one chaperone (age 18 or older) for every 5 kids in the group.
