Lend a Hand, Change a Life
More than 48,000 volunteers contributed over 131,000 hours last year to help fight hunger across Central Florida. Whether you’re sorting donations, packing boxes, or volunteering with a group, every shift helps provide meals to families, kids, and seniors facing hunger.
Before signing up, please take a moment to read the “Before You Volunteer” section below. It includes important information to help you prepare for your shift.
